Refund & Exchange Policy
Our exchange policy allows you to initiate a product exchange(Replace with a similar product) within 3 days from the delivery date. If you wish to exchange your item, please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org, including your order ID, and follow the instructions provided in the email. Kindly note that in the case of an exchange, the buyer is responsible for shipping the product back to us, as we do not offer return pick-up services.
When it comes to replacing or exchanging, please be aware that items with broken or opened seals, or those that have been used, are not eligible for any exchange. For electronic items, once the seal is broken and the item has been used, it is also ineligible for any refund and can only be exchanged. Additionally, no refund will be issued for liquid items. Please understand that we meticulously inspect our products before dispatch.
To qualify for exchange when returning an item, it must be, free from dirt, spots, alterations, and package tampering, and in the same condition as when you received it. Once we receive the returned products and they pass our quality check, the product amount (excluding courier and COD charges) will be credited back to your account.
Please note that certain items may not be eligible for return or exchange if you no longer need them or if you simply don’t like the product. This includes instances of buyer’s remorse, such as incorrect design or color, ordering the wrong product, or finding a lower price from another seller. The company cannot be held responsible for any misinterpretation of the product by the customer in any way.
